Macpac Repair Service

We are the only UK Repair Agent for Macpac Wilderness Equipment of New Zealand and we also provide a full after sales service for their products.

We stock most spare parts for Macpac products and can also send out catalogues, price lists and stockist lists. We try to answer any queries you may have and if we don’t know the answer we contact Macpac in New Zealand and generally can get an answer back to you in 24 hours (excluding weekends).

How to get your Macpac product repaired —

  • If you have a Macpac product in need of repair either contact your local retailer or contact us by email, phone, fax or letter.
  • If you are unsure of who or where your local retailer is, give us a call and we will point you in the right direction.
  • If there is no retailer near you we can arrange for a carrier to uplift the item from your home or place of work or suggest posting it to us (we can refund postage if the repair is covered by Macpac’s Warranty)
  • Pack the item in a box or strong bag with a letter inside giving details of the problem and a daytime contact number.
  • Phone us at local rates on 08453-30 31 40 before 12 noon and our carrier should pick up the parcel the next day.
  • If you are on a tight time scale please notify us in the first instance.

Macpac Warranty

‘We want to share with you the confidence we have in the quality of our equipment. Macpac products are fully warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.

If a product fails due to a manufacturing fault, we will repair it free of charge. If it is not practical to repair it, we will replace it. If your gear fails due to wear and tear, accident or negligence, we will happily repair it for a reasonable cost.

We carefully select the materials used in our products to provide a high level of all-round performance and a long lifetime. You can lengthen the life of your product by treating it with respect and by being aware of the naturally degrading forces of nature.’
