Rucsac Repairs
We are the only approved repair agent for Macpac, Wild Rover, Osprey, McKinley and Eagle Creek in the UK but we offer a repair service for any make of rucsac manufactured in the World! If you have a pack in need of repair please call us first on 08453-303140 (or 0131 653 1313 for Macpac Repairs) or email us on info@scottishmountaingear.co.uk and we will be able to advise you as to an approximate cost for the repair and the best way of getting the item to us. We have a number of friendly retailers throughout the UK who will send it to us on your behalf and in Scotland and Northern Ireland any branch of Graham Tiso will send your pack to us. If you are unable take your damaged pack to a retailer and it is too heavy to post we can arrange for a courier to uplift the pack on a 24-hour service throughout the UK. Again, we can advise on the costs if you call or email. Our normal repair time is two weeks, if you need your repair carried out urgently you could consider our express service which guarantees a two day turnaround for a 50% premium over our normal prices.
