The situation regarding Coronavirus is fast-moving and we aim to keep this information as up to date as possible.
Over the past two weeks we have reconfigured our buildings to ensure our team can work safely with 2 metres of 'social distance' space around their workstations. This has allowed us to re-open after seven weeks of closure during the peak period of the Coronavirus outbreak.
We are observing all of the Scottish and UK Government guidance for workplaces and are operating with a reduced number of our team in our buildings at any one time. This means our turnaround times are slightly longer than normal, in particular as we catch up after the period of closure. We are back working and are more than happy to help you again in providing quality repairs to your performance clothing, tents, rucksacks and other outdoor gear.
Can I send in my product for repair at this time?
Yes, we are open and you can send in your product for repair. Please book in your repair using our booking form and send us your product for repair.
Can I visit and hand in my product for repair?
We have implemented new distancing measures in and around our buildings. To protect yourself and our team we are actively encouraging local customers not to visit and to post in products for repair. Similarly, we are posting or couriering out completed repairs and asking customers not to collect them in person.
We are working through orders which arrived before and during our temporary closure, we're trying to operate in a fair manner to everyone working in sequence.
You already have my product for repair what happens now your temporary closure is over?
