The situation regarding Coronavirus is fast-moving and we aim to keep this information as up to date as possible.
Following updated guidance to businesses on March 23, 2020 from The Scottish Government we have taken the decision to close our repair centre until it’s safe for our team members and customers to travel and work. We will reopen after the current Coronavirus outbreak passes.
Our customer service team are working remotely and will answer any emails and telephone calls with your inquiries as swiftly as possible.
We will reopen as soon as we can and look forward to supporting you with the same top quality level of service and repairs we have provided for the last 37 years. We hope you understand the action we have had to take in temporarily closing our building and suspending our services is not one we took lightly and look forward to your support in the future.
Can I send in my product for repair at this time?
While our repair centre is closed please do not send in your products for repair. Any parcels sent to us will be returned by your courier undelivered.
You already have my product for repair what happens when you have temporarily closed?
The guidance from The Scottish Government was for non-essential businesses to close immediately. We started our closedown within an hour of this announcement and let our team head home within four hours. There was little time to speak to customers with this news. Our team will be in touch over the coming days to let you know of the situation.
In the meantime, please be assured your products are safe and are catalogued on our systems. We will resume repairs as soon as we can and will be in touch with you when we are ready to despatch your repaired goods.
