Welcome to the Musto Repair Hub. If your much loved Musto garment is in need of a repair, please complete the following form.

Musto's repair service is completely free, but you will need to pay any postage or courier charges to send your product to us. Whilst we would love to offer a complete repair service across all our Musto garments, some items - such as socks and underwear, certain footwear and eyewear - cannot be repaired. Once your repair booking is completed, you will receive an email with a booking summary for you to print out and enclose with your garment before shipping to us. An address label will be automatically generated for you to attach to the outside of your parcel. This label contains a unique code which will help us identify your product when it arrives at our repair centre.

To help speed up the process, we would really appreciate your garment being shipped to us clean and dry. This will help us to identify your repair issues quickly and have this back with you sooner.

Our Musto repair service is managed by our friends at Scottish Mountain Gear, a trusted and valued partner for many years, who are experts in product sustainability, ensuring your much loved product is restored to a usable condition. They will be in contact with you directly once your product has been received and your repair begins.
