We can provide non-warranty support to your customers directly. When someone has damaged a product, isn't looking to make a warranty claim, however would like to know that their repair is going to be carried out by an authorised repair agent then they can contact us directly.
We'll handle everything from this point onwards and the customer will be charged for the repair at our competitive rates. We'll ensure their product is repaired with genuine parts and returned with a signed-for service which is insured. We also provide our own warranty on the repair and parts for one year. For non-warranty repairs you would not be responsible for any part of the repair or carriage costs.
Our repair management system enables us to provide you with information on your products which have been repaired outwith your full warranty programme. We anonymise order details however we can provide you with reports on model, age if known, colour, size and the fault or repair involved. The brands we support already find this invaluable information to feed back to their design teams.
