The easiest way to book your product in for repair with Scottish Mountain Gear is to use this form.
Your information is securely passed to our repair management system which greatly simplifies and speeds up our handling of your repair. When you complete the form you can print out a label which uniquely identifies your return, on arrival at our repair centre we can then link your information with the product you have sent through to us.

Arrangements for new repairs or cleaning during the Coronavirus outbreak
Our building is closed and repair operations are temporarily suspended to protect our team and customers during the coronavirus outbreak. Our Customer Service team are still working every day and can answer any enquiries you many have by telephone or from our online form.
You are welcome to book in a repair or cleaning order with us during our temporary closure.
Please do not send us your product at this time. We will contact you once we have returned to our normal operations and will request you to send us your product at the appropriate time.
When we return to our building we plan to handle all orders in the sequence they’ve been booked online.
